4. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate content. Output may not always be accurate or reliable. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. ElliSekiz is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, software and branding, are owned by ElliSekiz and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElliSekiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ElliSekiz harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for any dispute arising from these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
