1. The service

ElliSekiz (operated by ElliSekiz LLC, Wyoming, USA) provides access to third-party AI models — chat, image, video and audio generation — through a single account. Model output is generated by upstream providers and is provided as-is.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a supported identity provider (Google, Apple, Microsoft or GitHub). You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; bonus credits are granted once per person.

3. Balance

• You top up a prepaid USD balance; usage is deducted 1:1 at the upstream provider's own price, with no markup.
• The balance is not a stored-value instrument and is not redeemable for cash. It is non-transferable between accounts and usable only on this platform.
• Usage is deducted per generation: token-based for chat, per generation for media. Prices are shown before you generate.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, to violate the usage policies of the underlying model providers, to generate abusive, deceptive or infringing content, or to probe or disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Content

You retain your rights in prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by the upstream providers, in the output you generate. You are responsible for how you use output.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Model output can be wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
