What we collect

• Account data from your sign-in provider: name, email address and avatar.
• Usage records: which models you used, token counts, credit transactions, and prompts you submit (kept to operate the service, billing and abuse prevention).
• Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

How prompts are processed

Prompts and inputs are forwarded to the upstream model provider (Atlas Cloud and the model owners behind it) to produce your output. We do not sell your data or use your prompts for advertising.

Retention and deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at support@ellisekiz.ai. Transaction records may be retained where bookkeeping law requires it.

Cookies

We use only the session cookie required for sign-in. No third-party advertising cookies.
